Shipping policy

DELIVERIES

All your orders are made to order by us Ni+Mi... we want to make sure they are perfect and so thanks for understanding that this may take us up to 10 working days. We will then dispatch using Evri UK and Royal Mail International.

Delivery timescales are based on courier services and are subject to their terms and conditions and all items are delivered by post. Our posting days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. Alternatively, you can collect from our studio for free. Please note that our offices close at 5pm on Fridays.

UK

We ship to the whole of the UK and once dispatched orders are usually received within 3-5 working days. At busier times of the year (eg. Christmas) postal services can slow down, we ask you to wait 7 working days after your order is 'Dispatched' before contacting us. If you need your item by a specific date then please let us know when ordering and we will do our very best to accommodate! We will also advise you on the best postage service for your needs. We use Evri for UK deliveries who will leave your order in a safe place. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

In some countries,  the receiver of the package may be liable for taxes, fees or other charges that are imposed by local laws or legislation in your country. The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities relating to their import and where required to do so will need to pay any additional charges, including import duty, customs charges, taxes, levies and any other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.  If you are ordering goods for delivery to someone else please make sure they are aware of the possibility of these additional payments and that they will be responsible for payment. Since we have no control over these charges we are unable to predict what they may be and consequently we are unable to provide any assistance with these processes. Ni + Mi has no control over these import regulations or additional charges and we suggest you contact the local authorities or postal service in the destination country for further advice. 

IMPORTANT!

We will send out your parcel to the delivery address provided with your order. You will receive a confirmation email with all your details in.

We unfortunately aren't able to be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or unable to be delivered, due to the incorrect address being given. In these circumstances no refund will be given on missing parcels until the items are returned to us.

We print items to order. In the event your item is not in stock, we will email you with an approximate dispatch date, offer you an alternative or give you the option to cancel the item if you would rather not wait.
